Two Saiyaara faces are back with contrasting next moves. One is stepping into a darkly comic version of the Hindi film business; the other is headed for a big-canvas Yash Raj Films romance.
Junglywood: a thriller set inside the industry
Reliance Entertainment and Moon Side Films have unveiled the first poster for Junglywood, starring Shaan R Grover. Directed by Chand Mohammad, the film is being positioned as a genre-bending dark comedy thriller that follows a fictional story about ambition, access and the strange games behind fame.
The story leans on Bollywood’s long-running insider-versus-outsider debate. The poster points to power struggles, hidden secrets and the murkier side of celebrity life, with glamour that may be hiding something more unsettling.
“It’s necessary to know how to take a joke on oneself and with JUNGLYWOOD, we aim to do that,” Chand Mohammad said. “The film is one-of-a-kind and every second will keep the audience on the edge of their seats.”
The cast includes Akash R Jagga, Irina Rudakova and Deepak Kalra, with Dia Singh, Anoushka Chauhan, Niya Bapalawat, Twinkle Arora and Pushpit S Sheoran joining as fresh faces.
Why Shaan R Grover fits the story
Grover, who drew attention with Saiyaara and is currently seen in Tum Mere Ho, is at the centre of the film’s theme. Chand Mohammad said the casting was deliberate: Grover does not come from a film background, and the director felt that made him the right person to represent a story about outsiders trying to survive.
Grover said the opportunity matters. “Every actor dreams to headline their own film and with JUNGLYWOOD I am getting that chance,” he said, pointing to Chand’s vision and the Reliance and Moon Side backing.

Meanwhile, Ahaan Panday is set to return to the big screen with Beparwah, an action-packed romantic drama from Yash Raj Films. Sharvari plays the female lead. The film is locked for a worldwide theatrical release on March 26, 2027.
For fans, the contrast is clear: Junglywood wants to hold a mirror to the industry and laugh at its sharper edges, while Beparwah is playing a more conventional big-screen romance. Both give their leading men a chance to build on the attention Saiyaara brought.
