Drishyam 3: The Conclusion steadied on its second Tuesday, collecting ₹8.61 crore by 10 PM across 14,832 shows, according to Sacnilk. The figure is a 36% jump over Monday’s ₹6.25 crore and pushes the film’s India net total to ₹323.86 crore.
That early estimate could inch higher once late-night shows are reported, but the headline trend is already clear: after a rough Monday, the Ajay Devgn-led thriller found fresh traction on a working day.
A steep Monday drop, then a Tuesday bounce
The recovery matters because it follows a punishing fall. Drishyam 3 had collected ₹22.50 crore on its second Sunday; a day later, collections slid 72.22% to ₹6.25 crore. Tuesday’s ₹8.61 crore does not fully reverse that loss, yet it changes the direction at a point in the run when weekdays begin to decide the final total.
So far, the film has built its total in big, front-loaded chunks:
- Opening day: ₹62 crore
- Opening weekend: ₹176.50 crore
- First week: ₹245.50 crore
- Second-week total so far: ₹323.86 crore
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film is the Hindi conclusion of the Drishyam story, taking a different route from the Malayalam version. It is backed by Star Studio18 and Panorama Studios, with a cast led by Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Saran and Prakash Raj.
Why ₹350 crore is the line to watch
The next milestone is ₹350 crore in India net earnings, and it is not automatic. Tuesday’s bounce keeps the chase alive, but the film will need steadier midweek holds than Monday’s crash. A second-Tuesday recovery is a useful signal: it suggests the audience is still responding after the opening-weekend rush, even on a routine moviegoing day.
For fans and trade watchers, the next few days amount to a stress test. If daily numbers can stay around the ₹8-crore range, the ₹350 crore mark comes into view. If they slip again, the film will rely heavily on third-weekend momentum and any remaining holiday-backed screens.
There is also a franchise-value angle. Drishyam has been a rare Hindi crime-thriller property that combines family tension with police-courtroom logic. A strong second week reinforces that the IP can sustain a long theatrical run, not just a strong first day.
A nod from the original franchise
The Hindi conclusion has also received a word of approval from Mohanlal, who plays Georgekutty in the original Malayalam Drishyam films. In a video message, he said he was “truly impressed” with the way the team brought the story to a fitting end, and congratulated Abhishek Pathak, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ajay Devgn and the cast and crew.
Pathak co-wrote the final chapter with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh; producers include Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
If you have not caught the finale yet, this week is effectively the best window to watch it on the big screen while the Tuesday momentum is still being tested. Wednesday’s number will show whether the recovery is a one-day bounce or the start of a stronger hold.
