Blind Game, Meesaya Murukku 2, I'm Game and Black Doves Season 2 headline a packed Diwali-week OTT slate of 10 titles across major platforms.

10 OTT Releases to Queue Up This Diwali Week

Diwali week is not only a big-screen event. Between November 2 and November 8, streaming platforms have loaded a wide lineup across Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5, SonyLIV, Apple TV and beyond. For Hindi film fans, that means a chance to mix festive family drama with crime, comedy, action and returning international series in one queue. The strongest thread is variety: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and international titles all share space.

The Hindi headliners

Blind Game is the week’s standout Hindi thriller. Arjun Rampal and Priyamani lead the film, directed by the late Sangeeth Sivan, with Rampal playing Sikander, a suspended police officer drawn into a case involving missing money and a group of young people hiding secrets. The film is a Hindi adaptation of the Malayalam thriller 7th Day, which originally starred Prithviraj Sukumaran, and arrives on ZEE5’s Free5 service on November 4.

Dilwali Diwali takes the festive route on Netflix on November 5, ahead of Diwali. Directed by Ritesh Menon and produced by Terribly Tiny Tales, it stars Mihir Ahuja, Manoj Pahwa and Neelu Kohli. The story follows Ansh Sikka, who returns from abroad with a luxurious apartment as a surprise for his parents, only to find that leaving the home and memories behind them is not the simple gift he imagined.

South Indian action, music and romance

Three titles land on November 6. Meesaya Murukku 2 brings back Hiphop Tamizha Adhi as director and lead in the sequel to his 2017 musical comedy-drama, moving to SonyLIV after its September 25 theatrical release. Nooru Kodi Vaanavil, the long-awaited Harish Kalyan and Siddhi Idnani romantic drama, goes straight to ZEE5 Global as a pay-per-view title on November 6. I’m Game gives Dulquer Salmaan a high-stakes Malayalam action thriller on JioHotstar the same day, with the guide noting multiple dubbed-language options are planned.

The series queue

  • The Greatest (Prime Video, November 4): an eight-episode Muhammad Ali biographical drama, with Jaalen Best as the young Cassius Clay.
  • Stick Season 2 (Apple TV, November 4): Owen Wilson’s golf comedy-drama returns with two episodes, then weekly drops until December 30.
  • Taken: Natalee Holloway (Netflix, November 4): a three-part true-crime documentary revisiting the 2005 disappearance, centered on the long search led by Beth Holloway.
  • Black Doves Season 2 (Netflix, November 5): Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw return to the spy thriller for six episodes.
  • Campus Drivers (Prime Video, November 6): a six-episode romantic drama adapted from C.S. Quill’s novels.

Why this Diwali slate matters

This is not a routine content drop. Several titles are moving directly to digital rather than waiting for cinemas, a pattern that has become especially relevant for delayed or mid-sized films. Meesaya Murukku 2 is following a theatrical window, while Nooru Kodi Vaanavil skips theatres entirely years after it was first announced. For Hindi film fans, it also offers a chance to see a late Sangeeth Sivan-directed thriller at home, while streamers test how well they can serve both festive family viewing and darker suspense in the same week.

What to check before you watch

Release formats differ, so check the details on your streaming app. Nooru Kodi Vaanavil is a pay-per-view offering, and availability or additional viewing charges may vary by region. Many Indian titles also list dubbed versions that may not appear in every territory. The guide adds that some additional titles are available only through digital rental services outside India. If you are planning a Diwali watch with family, confirm the date, language options and any pay-per-view charge before you settle in.
