Karan Johar’s farewell season of Koffee With Karan continues tonight with a three-guest couch. Episode 3 drops on October 28, 2026 at 7 pm on Jio Hotstar, with Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor as the main guests and Arjun Kapoor joining as a special guest.
Who is on the couch
Varun and Janhvi, who starred together in Bawaal, are expected to bring easy chemistry and quick laughs. The bigger reveal is that the two will discuss a period when Karan Johar had stopped talking to them, and how that silence affected them. Arjun, a longtime friend and frequent collaborator of Varun, is there to add to the fun.
What the final season has built
Season 9 opened on October 14 with Salman Khan and his candid answers. Episode 2 then raised the stakes by bringing Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda to the couch. That conversation went viral and produced strong, split reactions online, from sympathy for Rashmika to sharp criticism of Vijay.
Episode 3 now has to keep that momentum alive. A three-guest couch widens the conversation and gives the finale season another appointment-viewing moment. As the last season, the show has leaned into guest combinations and revelations that travel well beyond the couch; episode 3 is built around both.

Why fans will tune in
For followers of the show, a finale season changes the texture of the conversation: celebrities often speak a little more freely, and the audience watches for moments that will trend by morning. After a Salman opener and a viral Rashmika-Vijay second episode, episode 3 is the latest test of whether the Koffee couch can stay as loud.
